I just started using  Wordpress, a content management software or CMS. This site is built using Wordpress with a few add-on plug-ins and widgets. Wordpress software makes it easy to set up and then to edit a site. I’m trying out a couple different kinds of content management software. I put all the sites up at the same time and will be developing them. Check them out:

Flagstaff Wiki was built using Mediawiki

The Grand Canyon was built using Wordpress

Arizona CCW Permit was built using Wordpress

Ultimate Fly Fishing Vacation was built using Wordpress

So far I like each of them for their specific uses. Mediawiki is just a simple collaborative website software where users can add and edit information about Flagstaff, Arizona.

Wordpress is a very simple CMS software.  By simple, I mean easy to use.  It’s very robust and has an extensive, supportive community that constantly comes up with new plug-ins and widgets to improve the overall functionality.
